VIETNAM CUSTOMS
By: Steve Wood

Wounded in Vietnam

A Spec Ops guy wounded during a firefight is found by a 1st Cav soldier, part of a relief force. The "water" is Woodland Scenics E-Z Water. Mud was done by using plaster of paris and then dabbing on some Humbrol brown paint. The helmet is SOTW.

Vietnam M-60 Gunner

The ruck used the SOTW RTO frame with the TUS 3 pocket glued to it. The M-60 is also SOTW.

1st Cav. Infantry

Same ruck setup as the M-60 guy with a sock from the Brit 8th Army that had been painted OD. The helmet covers for both the M-60 and the 1st Cav guy are SOTW that had been glued to TUS steel pots.

Outstanding work again Steve! That Vietnam mini diorama is just too cool! You definitely make some of the best mini dioramas I've ever seen. Those two customized Vietnam soldiers were awesome as well. You've done a great job on the gear setups on both of them. I'm sure these guys will serve to inspire many! Special thanks for sending all these cool projects in and sharing them with us. - GL
