Slick's lucky shot went right in the window,direct hit and silence...

Sarge yells.."Come on guys move up!"....

JR checks to make sure the Nva are dead....

JR yells..."Sarge they are dead".....

"Doc,How bad is he hit?"..."It is too late he is gone"...

"Buzzman get command on the horn"......Update our position"...

My first combat action and there was nothing I could have done.He was dead before he hit the ground.Campbell was a good marine,I wish I could have known him better..

"Lt I have the Captain on the horn"....

Once again, another cool episode my friend. I had a feeling all those guys weren't going to get out of that ambush. A great batch of photos here and I'll definitely be looking forward to seeing the next episode of this one. Special thanks for sending this new one in and sharing it with us. - GL
