| Adjustable hole cutter and wheel center. Wheels in progress in background. |
| Wheel centers (used 3 discs for each center ) glued into wheel "rim" cut from PVC pipe. |
| Finished wheel center with "tire" being epoxied on. Tires are cut from 3/8 vee belts. When fitting "tires"cut as closely as possible but don't have the ends touching, if they are touching they will prevent a tight bond with the wheel. I used ty-raps (wire ties) pulled as tightly as possible to clamp belt sections to wheels while epoxy sets. |
| Wheels with both tires bonded on. The printing on the belts is easily sanded off. |
