(US NAVY BOARDING MISSION)

For this kitbashed soldier, I started with the S.W.A.T. Urban Camo figure (nude). As you
may be able to see from the pictures I've given the part of his face that's showing,
a paint wash of brown to give it more realism. I dressed
him in the helicopter pilot flight suit, added the bullet proof vest from the Villian
figure, used the drop-down holster and pistol from the Night-Ops SEAL, standard OD modern
web belt, rappelling harness from the Ranger set, drop-down mag & flashbang pouch from
the S.W.A.T., S.W.A.T. boots, S.W.A.T. fingerless gloves, (I know the gloves are supposed
to be long, green, full-fingered gauntlet type gloves, but hey, what can you do?). I also used
the MP5 with pull out stock from the carded Navy SEAL figure, and last but not least,
the protec helmet from the SOTW Navy boarding party set. I removed the inner liner and
painted it white, got rid of that stupid green rubber-band chin strap and replaced it with
an elastic one (glued in a loop), and then popped the whole thing back together. Pretty simple, but I
think he looks really cool. Hope you like him too! -- GL
