CUSTOM SNIPER SUIT
By: SEAL Team 1

The suit is made up of 1 inch squares of lint (the smallest hesian like material I could find) sewn onto the back of the standard BDU's and then trimmed and cut to make rough strips. These were then teased until the fibres split and became scruffy. They were then given a wash of dark brown modelling inks to give a random colour and the final touch was to glue small pieces of lichen (model railroad bushes) to the suit. The rifle, is from an Action Man sniper set. I painted it to remove the plastic look and scratch built a proper scope for it.

Great work soldier! I'm sure no one would see that Sniper hidden in the bush in a million years. Outstanding job. All the work that you put into it definitely shows. Very nice work on that Action Man rifle too. Special thanks for sending these in and sharing them with us SEAL Team 1. Can't wait to see what you come up with next. -- GL
