A coastal patrol craft, formerly of the Alfaretta Ministry of State Security, sails into a secluded bay on the Gulf of Harmer.

It's crew is a renegade group of former State Security operatives.

It's cargo is a load of mysterious drum-like silver cannisters.

Onshore, a reception crew awaits.

The craft slows and hails the shore party.

An anchor line is thrown to shore.

The craft is pulled-in and secured.
