GI GEORGE'S BASEMENT PLAYGROUND
By: El Paso Trooper and GI George

Here's part 4 of George's pictures. We now enter the main basement room and on the right hand side is this series of shelves that display his international contigent of troops. Up top are more of his SAS, but these show the SAS through the ages starting with the WW2 SAS jeep with twin Vickers guns, WW2 SAS on foot, then the Falkland's era chap in the background with the TUS SA-80, then the Princess' gate SAS chap, then the Gulf War SAS trooper with the TUS Brit camo and the TRU US Army in Afghanistan robe and hat. More of George's regular British Army troops through the ages. Flanking the modern guy in the middle are two WW2 era squaddies. A member of the British 8th Army from the North African campaign on the right and a sniper from the European campaign.

On the next shelf down is first of George's modern figures from different armies around the world. An Australian SASR trooper, an Israeli soldier, and a German GSG9 team member, then two Soviet Spetsnaz troopers; the sniper is wearing the 1980s era Afghanistan uniform. The bashed soldier next to him is carrying TUS AK-47. The last two modern figures are bashed and the guy in blue just got the jacket and hat a few weeks ago after George saw a post on the board. Then we have the lone WW2 Russian solider standing in front of a WW2 jeep.

We also have a bonus shot here of GI George himself.

Here's part 5 of George's collection. These are his WW2 figures. First is the MP with a jeep, then a Ranger, a winter soldier, then a medic with a casualty. The helmet in the background George found at a scrap yard while recycling some scrap metal. The next photo has a better shot of the medic and his patient. We can also see a BAR gunner with a modified BAR with the bipod removed. On the next shelf down is George's Marine flamethrower, 82nd Airborne trooper, and a field radio operator. Behind and to the side of the radioman is another helmet George found at the scrap yard. There's also a field telephone with handset on the other side of the radioman. Then there's his other BAR gunner next to his jeep.
