"WHAT EVIL LURKS?"
By: Checkmate King 2

The SEAL dive team, are dressed in their night ops uniforms and gear. Things had gotten to the FUBAR stage but the mission was still on. As the team checked their compass headings and looked across the underwater horizon they noticed a column of bubbles rising from a coral ridge. It looked like they were on a collision course with something or someone. Wheeler drew his knife from its scabbard and prepared for the worse. Hill rechecked the headings and kept a watchful eye out for any other dangers.

As they came up over a small head of Fire Coral, a figure lunged at the pair with knife drawn. Wheeler engaged the aggressor and locked into underwater, hand to hand combat. Hill, stayed out of the way of the flailing knives.

Wheeler over powered the attacker and pushed his knife between his ribs and began to twist the blade to slash and tear the internal organs of this bad guy. Pinkish clouds of blood began to billow in the saltwater from the attacker's body. The body went limp and Wheeler let it fall across the coral.

Hill looked over at Wheeler and said through his regulator, " Let's get out of here, he's shark bait now !"

I used the heads of two Urban SWAT figures for the SEALs and a Villain head for the bad guy. Hazardis provided the custom drop down, M-16, ammo pouches. My uncle, Bill brought back the coral from the South Pacific during WWII. The SEALs are dress in full 21st Century night ops gears and scuba. Wheeler is carrying a totally flat black CAR 15. The bad guy is outfitted in the Hasbro Underwater Demolition diving gear. Both knives are Hasbro as well. I used black gloves on the feet of the SEALs rather than the boots. This allows the fins to fit better and the ankles to flex more naturally.

Great work there Seabee! Some of the best scuba shots I've ever seen! Nice work on not getting wet to get them either. I really thought your story was great as well (Wheeler & Hill...heh heh). Special thanks for sending these really cool photos in and sharing them with us. I'm sure I don't have to say this, but keep it up! -- GL
