. . . Lt. Merry's plane was fixed, with a new spinner and engine cover, and the mechanics were showing him what they'd repaired. At the same time, I was ready to board my craft and take off into the unknown, when Anna begged me not to go. She said that she liked me :) . But, I had to eventually fly back to my base and report in. Maybe then, I could tell the commander about the little lost town of Marwencol and how it needed more protection, than the handful of paratroopers that were there now : and who brought the injured Lt. Merry into town, when they first arrived.
Meanwhile, 'ol stuntman Kurt was eyeballing the scene, and feeling out his new home in the land of Marwencol. . . 101 AB Sniper was in the church bell tower watching out for what was going on from afar with binoculars, when he spots a '36 Ford barreling up the road leading into Marwencol. He phoned the CO and got word that it was 'Danielle', coming back from picking berries for breakfast, and that he could let her through. 'Ol stuntman Kurt noticed the ride, and the babe who was driving it. His eyes followed the car like a shark, and when it stopped and Danielle got out, he drooled. All it took was for Scrunchie to remind him of the consequences, for him to just turn around and pay attention to the love scene that was about to unfold :) Respectfully Yours sir, Cpt.
