CUSTOMIZED VIETNAM SOLDIERS
By: Groundpounder

This guy was made using the 21C British Para as the base figure. I added a five o'clock shadow to him. The shirt and pants are 21Century. I cut the sleeves and collar off of the shirt. I also filled the pockets of the jacket. The boots are from GI Joe. I added a claymore mine bag that is used to carry shells for the shotgun. This guy really isn't finished yet. I still need to add some shotgun shells and a new shot gun which I have traded for. The shot gun shown here is one I put together using the cutdown shotgun and the stock from an M14, just as shown on LT's tip page. His looks much better. I will be replacing this with one from the 21Century's shotgun set. I also will be adding a 3 Pocket ALICE pack. Hope yah like him!

My Montagnard was made using a basic TUS/Joe body with the Bruce Lee head sculpt. I have used the 21Century MacVSog shirt and the 21Century Tiger Striped pants. The boots are from G.I. Joe. The web belt and harness and CAR-15 are 21Century. The chest rig is a custom piece made by Napalm In The AM. Notice the sculpey clips in the chest rig. Thanks again Napalm. The canteen pouches used for extra clip storage I made using Sculpey. Special thanks to Napalm for the chest rig and to Pumpkinking44 for his inspiration, ideas and continuous prodding to get this one done!! Ha ha ha , Thanks PK!!

Outstanding work there again GP! The face on that shotgunner is definitely one of the best I've seen. I blew that thing up in my image viewer so I could get a closer look, and the razor stubble was awesome! Nice work all around soldier. Special thanks for sending these in and sharing them with us. -- GL
