The Germans were at our front gate and making their way over the top of it.
We hit 'em hard but sometimes that just isn't enough. Peter got hit and was wounded pretty bad. I almost got killed myself; God was on my side that day. The battle went on for 2 hours ending at night. This was only a tiny attack on Le Morge but if this was a full scale attack we would not have made it, although the way it looks we may lose one. |
