Toys. The 6X30 S.F.14Z scissors binoculars were called "Eselohren"-Donkey Ears by German soldiers.
The Torn.Fu.d2 was a portable VHF radio operated on 33.8-38 mhz in two modes. A1 was telegraf and had a range of 10 km. A3 was telefonic and had a range of 3 km. The MG 15 was a 7.9mm machine gun originaly used as an aircraft flexible mount weapon. Though obsolete it was still in use,especially in 2nd line and volksturm units. It was also copied and used by the Japanese. |
