A small group of soldiers move their convoy down the edge of a dry creek bed in Belgium. The group is enroute to the town of Namur, on the Meuse River, to protect the supply lines to the front.

The convoy moves down the dry creek bed as a dispatch rider motors by on his way to Bastogne.
