. . The Pvt. came back to the snowbank where he'd left the pilot while he scouted around, and give a report to the Cpt. so he could make another plan for them, and the pilot was gone !
. . . but he can't see, . . . he wouldn't have wandered off by himself ! The Pvt. saw as he scanned the area for the pilot's footprints, and saw that there were Nazi boot prints all over the snow leading up to the snowbank. . . . now it's time this GI, did a little 'tracking' and hunting of his own. . . |
