Situation: Macho Pana-Jungla guerillas in a desperate move to obtain additional weapons and ammunition have joined forces with leftist guerilla's running cocaine out of Columbia. The Macho's primary mission is to divert U.S. military surveillance aircraft away from Columbia by creating a security issue for the United States in Panama.
