A WOLF IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING
By: Hogie309

Towards the end of June (while Marwencol was getting back to normal), a lone 82nd Airborne trooper came walking slowly and wearily up to the town's entrance. Marwencol's M-5 crew was taking on "newly supplied" ammo, at the town's entrance, when the weary GI came walking up to them....

( Gehrhard saw the M-5 that he wanted to place his magnetic anti-tank explosive on, but he didn't count on the whole tank crew being around the tank, let alone loading the tank with ammo.)

The Tank Commander (Staff Sergeant) thought it was strange, that an Airborne trooper be way out here in the middle of Belgium, when the allied landings on Normandy were only two weeks old. He couldn't have made it this far into the country, in only two weeks.

(Gehrhard thought, that if he shot the crew members off of the tank and placed his explosive on the tank, he will have destroyed Marwencol's only piece of Armour....)

All of a sudden, the trooper raised his weapon and the Commander saw the German magnetic anti-tank explosive behind his back. So, before Nick could un-holster his sidearm, the 'ol Sarge shot the impostor, twice. My brother and Todd, pushed the traitor's body down the Marwencol mountain....
