The first group are of the Monte Cassino para officer as a Heer officer.
Sorry he's wearing a Dragon tunic but I think it looks pretty good on him.
It actually looks better on him than it does on some of my Dragon figures.
Everything else is TUS though, even his cap, which I'm particularly proud
of. It's the para officer's Luftwaffe crusher, repainted and refitted with
Heer insignia that I took off a damaged Dragon cap.
The second group of pictures I took after reading your post about painting German helmets. I wanted to add a bit of variety to my troops so I painted one to mimic the pea dot pattern as at least one real German soldier did. I've included the reference photo I found to prove it! |

I knew your first photo page submission would be something great :) You've done a really cool job on repainting that Monte Cassino Officer cap, but I really love that dot camo helmet.
