RON'S TRAIN
By: Pvt. Mel

There has been a lot of interest in my buddy Ron's good old Canadian Pacific railway. Well, it was a ride at a kiddy land park about 25-30 years ago that he bought out. All he wanted was the go-karts, so he got rid of everything but wheels and tracks, then about 6 years or so he built his railroad. It's not quite 1\6 but at the right angle it works. He's got 4 passenger cars, coal car and the engine which will do, but is not like the one on the U.K. site. He wanted to do a 20s style train.

The mural my niece painted on his garage,it's about 45 feet long it comes in very handy, too. Here are some pics to show a little more. I hope I answered most questions and will try to get a good pic of the whole train soon.

Your friend has a really sharp looking train there Pvt. Mel. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what the whole thing looks like, including some of the stuff around it, including that cool tunnel it seems to be going in to. I sure wouldn't mind having one of those in my yard, that's for sure. And as always, your troops look really sharp standing around it. Special thanks for sending these cool new pics and a little info on that great train in and sharing it with us. - GL
