WATCH TOWER
By: Graeylin

Two weekends cut, assembly and glue, one weekend painting and doing the top (thatch) roof, and one Sunday to weather it up. No nails; all wood except the ladder rungs and the roof are cut from a single pallet. Ladder rungs are a dowel rod I had left from another project, roof is scrap plywood from a delivery box. Thatched roof is an old bamboo mat. Paint was old/unused portions as well. Total cost was $2.00 glue and $1.50 dowel rod, maybe $1 in sanding paper.

Next step, sandbags on the "front" side, and populate it with some figures and gear.

Very cool stuff old friend. It's great to see some of your projects again. I can't wait to see it when you get some figures in it and around it. Special thanks for sending this cool project in and sharing it with us, I love it! - GL
