DEDICATION IN HONOR OF YOU
By: Alan of the Vagabonds

This episode dedicated to the group on GL's boards as a whole. Guys without your help and support the Vagabonds would not be improving. If you will notice all the Vagabonds are now in sand colored clothes (Not new gear) and thanks to people sharing my guys no longer need to share weapons or helmets between shots.

The Generals have been kind on GL's boards here& not only with very fair deals but also with MANY airdrops out of the kindness of their hearts. I hope my episodes can slowly pay back some of the joy. You all have given a V for the Vagabonds in your support!!!
Thanks, Alan of the Vagabonds

JOURNAL ENTRY: My meetings with Winston Churchill were interrupted as one of the Vagabonds lost his life. Things here are changing. We have attracted the Germans attention with all the allied air drops and radio communications.

If something good came of this it was that it happened now. Churchill, an adventurer himself, joined in physically but also with overt British support. He gave us his personal recreational horse he had in the area and one of the motorcycles that was in his convoy for our use.

Churchill wants the Vagabonds to keep the Lost city of Naalra as a safe haven for wayward RAF that have been shot up to be able to land at in emergency if they can't make it home. Also he wants us to increase the range of our patrols to be his eyes in the area.

Who ever it was that got my man is still out there& I've told my Vagabonds to try not to travel about alone. Moreover I have overlapping mobile patrols set up with the Motorcycle and horse working with my walking patrols.

Mr. Churchill has a tank on its way to the lost city of Naalra for us to use. I have plans to get my Vagabonds to start digging slit trenches and mounting a couple of machine gun nests because if the radio communication or air drops didn't tip off the Germans of our residence it's a safe bet that the rat who shot my man has by now. It's also a safe bet that sooner or later we will have some German visitors.

BONUS PICTURES BELOW AND SHOW NOTES:

Here is a few more pictures not exactly in the storyline but I wanted to share. First my reproduction 1964 gi joe goes off a cliff to retrieve his hat. He was 10 dollars and the broken radio control humvee was 5 at the flea market yaaay!

Made a deal with the devil& I mean Jeff for his motorcyle in this shoot as well as this tank and a german bike too. To give you an idea of size that is really my cat with no photo trick trying to take the old stuart out for a spin& look out mice, this cat is serious!!!!

After I took this shot I realized it looks like the cover of a romance novel. The guy is a gi joe with a ken head from gone with the wind. Oh, wait he should have a bit of chest hair showing?

My obsession with propaganda art reaches new heights. Do you know how many people have been photographed conveniently making V's for me!!! (Oh you will.... muhuhahaha!!!)

Until next time keep the sand out of those Tommy guns! - Alan of the Vagabonds

Another great episode my friend! The guys here definitely came through for you with all that cool stuff. I can't wait to see you put it all in your story. I love that Stuart and cat shot :) Special thanks for sending this terrific new Vagabonds episode in and sharing it with us. - GL
