Boris is turned into a modern shotgunner, his striker now has the stock from an earlier SWAT shotgun. I drilled holes for the pegs so that if I want to I can fold the stock out. He needs ammo so the Scudhunter canteen pouches got trimmed and painted and are now perfect to hold spare drums.
Next I have to give the troop that made the Sgt Barnes Figure credit for inspiring me to make a modern version of him. I cut the goatee off and then the hair went with it. Then I figured that he need some heavy firepower. I don't think I've seen a masterkey with a Spas12 yet so I figured that this would be a neat setup. The Russian sniper is a great headsculpt. He now makes a nice grenadier. The Seal Mtn ops figure also became a modern grenadier. I can't wait for spring, my troops are getting spring fever. |
| Some very nice looking troops for sure OpFor Duck! It's really great to see all those head sculpts put into the modern uniforms.
