I am in the middle of three Special Forces Operatives in Iraq. The first finished (on the left)
was a BBI Marine figure, tricked out with Dragon BDU's and cap, Camelback, and FN P90,
and the earpieces from Dragon as well. The boots are BBI's, and the web gear is SOTW, along
with the holster and Beretta.
The dude in the middle is the M60 gunner from 21C [Vietnam period]. I wasn't sure what to do with him until recently. So he is wearing Dragon choc-chip pattern BDU's, SOTW vest, 21C Pointman boots [and gloved hands]. He is also wearing Dragon glasses and I think 21C SWAT baseball hat. He has a GI Joe set of binoculars, and in his hip pocket a bottle of "Spring Water" courtesy of Hasbro GI Joe desert set. The final one is the Mercenary figure from 21C. He is also wearing the BDU's from Dragon, along with the knee pad and flack vest. He has a 21C Navy SEAL hip holster with a chrome .45 from Dragon. the baseball grenades and the 249 SAW, and the canteen are from SOTW [likewise the glasses]. The knife I am not sure about. T-shirts on all are from Dragon. Ps the maps are mine. I happened across a site a few years ago and they were from a fighter jock who flew over the gulf. I downloaded and reduced to the correct scale the maps and then printed them out. The fact that they are folded doesn't do them justice. But what the hey.. |
