I constructed the APC out of ¼ inch finished plywood and ½ inch square dowels for the joining corners. I also for now
have wheels on the bottom to drive until I get a better plan on how to make treads. The back has 2 doors. One for the
normal APC look and then a full size for better access when setting up a scene. It was fairly easy to build and I would be fine
with re-drawing the plans if anyone is interested in building it. You can get my contact information from GreenLeader.
I still am working on the stand for the gunner's nest and a ladder for the big rectangle door as well as a drivers seat. If anyone has any ideas on how to add artificial but real looking treads please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. |
