| With BBI coming out with a Modern British Sniper, I thought I would make my own. I used DRAGON LAM's DPM camouflage uniform, binoculars & sniper rifle. For his webbing I took the pouches off of the SAS chest rig. I then painted them OD & super glued them to a TUS web belt. He is wearing a WW 2 TUS Brit PARA beret. His DRAGON pilot's gloves are easy to put on a TUS or GIJOE figure. All you do is take a pair of needle nose pliers & pull the wrist plug out of the glove; then take the hands off of the other figures, push the gloves on & that's it. The pressure that you put on the gloves is enough that no glue is needed to keep them from falling off the figure's forearms. This was a really easy kit bashed Modern Brit PARA Sniper to make. I just wish DRAGON made a GORTEX DPM camouflage jacket with hood because I wanted to make him a Falkland's War SAS Sniper. -- Bac Si |
