The front bumper is only there to keep you from doing any damage to your car when you smack into something. But after I looked underneath, it looks like with the removal of three small screws, it can be removed fairly easily. The bumper is actually made out of a real flexible rubbery plastic. You probably wouldn't need this if you plan on running it in a wide open parking lot type area, where there's no chance of hitting something.

All kinds of ear shattering speakers behind the seats. You can see to the right of this photo the remote control antenna. It's simply a wire that feeds through a clear tube which is easily removable. If you want to display the car without the antenna, you could probably push the wire down into the vehicle leaving a little bit sticking out so you can pull it back out when you want to play with it.
