...to light the other side of my town, I have to run the wires across Main Street, but buried under the dirt. This past Winter, while shoveling the snow off of Main Street in Marwencol, I inadvertently cut through the town's frozen electrical wiring, running across the road, but I didn't realize this. I could never find out where the break was, because the one side of my town didn't light up.... until recently :) Deja, Hayden, and I were sitting out in Marwencol one night after dinner, having our evening coffee, and trying to figure out if wires were touching one another somewhere in the long, long lines of wire supplying power to the town,... when I noticed the wires sticking out of the center of Main St. I had my town powered up at that time of the evening, so I connected them, and the other side of Marwencol shone brightly !! I then had to figure on how I could protect the wires running underground. The next day, I grabbed the piece of 1" PVC pipe that I found on the road last year, cut a piece to run the width of Main St., and that's when ALL OF YOU !, wanted to volunteer to dig the ditch that the pipe and wires would be buried in !!! I didn't have enough 1/6th tools for all of you !, so I asked the lot of you to write your names on a piece of paper (and no sir.... you didn't write your real name, just GL, LOL:), and you all threw the names in a hat, and Anna picked out the four guys that I needed, to dig the ditch :) Irish13, Boogermiester, Steve Wood, and Tonjes were the four guys, and Grandsport, Ranger322, and Okimbored watched over them, to protect them from any Nazis...
