JOHNNY BLAZE
By: Graeylin

I don't have my shadowbox handy, but i wanted to show a quick look at my latest figure, Ghost Rider (inspired). He's more a tribute to Johnny Blaze, but he was fun to make.

The skull is an older Halloween decoration skull, mounted on a sanded down DML head. The outfit is 21C Junkyard Jack, straight from the figure... and the chain, barbed wire, and kusarigama are home made from wire.

the bike is the only chopper I had... sorry to those purists who wanted a real GR bike.

His flaming head was made with silicone caulk. press a dab in, like rooting hair, and work around the base. let dry, then do the next row. dry, another row higher, and so on until his head is covered with silicone flame-blobs. then, paint a half dozen times, red base, yellow, more red, some orange, more yellow, some red...

Very cool my friend! A really nice version of Ghost Rider here. I really really liked what you did with the head. The time you spent making that really paid off in my opinion. Special thanks for sending this cool new project in and sharing it with all of us. - GL
