February 15th 1943, a seaman stands his watch aboard an escort destroyer of the battle group. As he looks off the port side he sees the U.S.S. Massachusetts steaming along side. The crews are on 24 hour watch for the Japanese fleet, subs and Kamakazi planes. Their destination is unknown other than the fact that it's somewhere in the South Pacific. They wonder if they might be heading for Truk ! -- Checkmate King 2
