THE LAST OF THE MOCHO DE MONTES
PART III - NI UN PASO ATRAS
By: String

The 203 gunner reloads a 40MM round as another member rushes the bunker entrance.

A SAW gunner exits the cleared bunker with a "thumbs up" as the MP liason makes a request for "air time" from the squad RTO.

The point man from the 7th INF platoon emerges into a jungle clearing and spots a "Mocho" setting up a claymore mine. The point man has halted the platoon with a hand signal to freeze.

The Platoon Leader, using a hand signal, calls back for his 2nd squad sniper.

As several "Mocho's" set up claymore mines, a rogue PDF officer covers them with a .30 cal. from a concealed bunker.

Great stuff again there String. I know I've already said it to you, but that first picture with the helo is awesome! And of course, the story is just terrific. Can't wait to see the next part. All around great work there buddy. Keep it up! Special thanks for sending these in and sharing them with us. -- GL
