| Never has evil been inbeded in man than it has so into the mind of ...Hans Von Killen, an ex-German arms dealer who decided he wanted to "rule the world". Due to a loophole in the "injustice" system our man is about to be set free on our soil. |
| The sound of thunder brings in an associate of Hans who is only know as Draco, a Spanish arms dealer himself. |
| As he rolls into town awaiting the release of Hans he has already hired three of the members of Hans old unit. |
| Draco has a score to settle with One Shot's Finest who were responsible for the demise of Hans' group. |
| Hans is in the prison yard (in his evil mind he plots something for the days to come) |

will wreak on the city streets one more time....but not before our finest
can get to them. Our villains may have been something to fear over in Europe, but in the
streets of America when crime is running rampant, America's Finest steps in
