FIRE AND WATER
By: Hogie309

Leftenant Merry was climbing down the face of a Belgian mountain towards safety, after his 'rented' Hawker Typhoon was shot to shreds out from underneath him. . .

. . . You see, Leftenant Merry had been asked by his Squadron Commander, if he was able to fly Brazzle's Typhoon into battle with the rest of the squadron, because the 'ol Braz was in bed with the rickets (whatever they are:), and 'ol Scotty says "Sure !"

Leftenant Merry's craft engaged the enemy in the skies over Belgium, at five-to-one. The jerries shot Merry's rented Typhoon out from underneath him (literally :), and he was able to parachute and land close to the rendezvous point at the Mulva river, on top of Gipple' mountain.

Since I don't have a 1/6th Hawker Typhoon, the film begins where Scott's climbing down the sheer face of a cliff, on 'ol Gipple' mountain, down towards the river and to the rendezvous point on the bank of the Mulva, that was agreed upon should any protectors of Marwencol get shot down near there :)

Some of the local tribesmen told us of an Englishman falling out of the sky and landing on the mountain, so we sent the Marwencol Marines to rescue 'ol Scotty from the situation that he was in. The Marines in the rescue party, are the Marines that come into Marwencol by way of raft, and with the film director on board. If you remember sir, B.C.Ries was one of the Marines on the raft. Well, he's one of the Marines in the rescue party sir, along with the new 'Fahrenheit fireman' known as Zoliman : in the rescue party.

All six Marines are walking towards the rendezvous point, where unbeknownst to them Leftenant Merry was already there and suffering from hypothermia, when all of a sudden, an SS MG 34 nest comes to life and mows down three of the six Marines. . .

B.C. yells from his cover, "Hey 'Z' ! . . . Roast 'em !! . . . ".

This is where I attempted what I only dreamed of doing : but I still have to perfect it a bit :) . . .

Respectfully Yours,

Captain M.E. Hogancamp, MAVS (Marwencol Allied Volunteer Squadron)
