So the corporate offices for the public library called my local
library and asked if they were going to decorate for comic con again
this year (I set up figures last year as well). anyhow me and Jonathan
went and set up some of my stuff on Saturday morning. I set up 3 cases,
these being pictures from the main case in the front doorway entrance.
(I forgot to take pics of the other two cases.)
Anyhow, these will be set up for the month of July celebrating Comic Con month. The libray loves me! LOL! They tell me when my stuff is on display it's like a gallery is in town, they say that everybody has to stand in front of the cases and ask the workers "Does he own a toy store? can I buy this one?" | Dang, a bummer you didn't take photos of the other cases my friend, but you've got some great looking figures in this main one. Interesting seeing the Gilligan's Island figures down there. I remember when those came out, I debated hard on whether to get them or not. It's cool to see them again. Of course, all kinds of great looking figures and toys you have there old friend. I have to say I'd be one of the folks standing in front of that case for long hours, checking everything out - and wanting nearly all of it :) Special thanks for sending this cool project in and sharing it with us. - GL |
