THE MARINES & AIRBORNE

I found the box finally, with the Marines and Airborne in it. The troops were still in their poses from this past Springtime ! That was the flamethrower and Airborne saving the Marines episode, at the beginning of Spring.
Anyway, I wasted no time, in staying up till five in the morning some nights, into days, just to get these guys ready for filming. I loaded up the old baby carriage that I found and use as a 'chuck wagon', to wheel my stuff from place to place, if it's too much to fit in my back-pack :) , and wheeled the carriage down to the flooded boat landing, and set up my scenes. With Deja always with me to talk to, I felt confident that I'd film a pretty cool short episode, of the Marines meeting the newest member of Marwencol, named Erin. She's a real life girl, from New Jersey, who saw my movie and dialed 411 and got my addy, and drove up here to surprise me one day. She makes prosthetics for a living, and she just moved to San Diego, where she's rubbing elbows with big named Dr's and so on. . . I'm very happy for her :) So, I put her in my story :) |
