CUSTOM SOLDIERS
By: Graeylin

A German sniper, circa 1944, Anzio. I loved the Volcanic rock on the hills above Anzio, and the Germans used it to great effect with snipers. This was a LOT of fun to build, and was pretty easy, all in all. The rock comes from gas grills, supplemented by hand-painted plaster rocks I made to fill in. Even the lichen was fun to paint. I couldn't decide which rifle to keep with him, so I simply left both. The Gewher is beautiful, but that STG is nice too... Oh well, maybe he had one, and found the other. Or maybe he simply wanted the extra firepower.

Some real nice work Graeylin. I simply loved every single one of these soldiers. I think my personal favorite though is the WWI guy. He looks great! Although that Vietnam guy was very very sharp as well. All around great work for sure! Special thanks for sending these great projects in and sharing them with us. -- GL
