"Welcome back to the second part of the 'Show'. Today Sanchez and I will demonstrate the take down process for the AK-47. This particular model is made in Bulgaria by the Arsenal Corporation."

"Taking down the AK-47 begins with depressing the mainspring button."

"Once the receiver cover is removed, you can clearly see the set up of the internal workings of the weapon."

"Removing the mainspring is fairly simple, but because the weapon is 1:1 scale and we are only 1:6 scale, it requires a little muscle!"

"The next part to be removed is the charging handle/bolt carrier assembly. This is pushed back to the rear of the rifle along the same path as the main spring."

"Here we have a clear view of the charging handle and bolt carrier assembly after removal from the rifle."
