Marine in dress uniform

Here is a hand made model of a ship, similar to the ship this old sailor was on in the South Pacific around Okinawa.

Here we have Hammer Six's German Field Kitchen. You know I like little goodies and details....this thing is loaded with extras.

Here is Hammer Six's Unsung Heroes, titled The Combat Medic.

This is the only picture of some of Hammer Six's other troops and pilots on display. I like Rosco as part of the 761st Tank Destroyers.

Then another angle of the Field Kitchen

Another angle of the Combat Medic, showing the details of the Jeep.

Patricia from the historical society's textile unit displays uniforms donated to the museum. Here are a couple examples of WWI Army and Navy uniforms.

She actually has an early Navy dress blue uniform with the earliest Seabee insignias I have ever seen. She just doesn't have it displayed yet.

Now talk about your Stitch Nazi's.... These women have to put up with their husbands, telling them what was and wasn't worn or carried during different periods and theaters of the war.
