ECHO BASE MEETING 8/25/2002

Hey everybody, wanted to give you the results of my
photo recon of the Echo Base Toys meeting on 8/25/02.
Rumor had it that a Rep from 21st C. was supposed to
be showing some of the new product line. But,
unfortunately, he/she didn't make it (or didn't show
by the time I left).
Fortunately, the guys at EBT had tables set up for troops to display their projects. Boy, that was a feast!!! Got to see some really outstanding work and met some of the regular posters on the GL Board |
| Rebuilt Hasbro Scout Car by Tim (Plastic Panzer). A real beauty, rebuilt from the chassis up. Very clean, great paint, fab figures. |
| Fantastic custom Desert Storm HumVee. This baby is perfect!!! I'm not sure, but I think that is custom armor plate on the doors. Notice the scratch built mount for the MK-19 Grenade Launcher on the roof. Try this guy out for your commute on that nasty 405. |
| A grand seletion of GI Joes from Jim Gorham (Flying Tiger 62). What show would be complete without the Father of Action Figs. |
