PAINTING PLASTIC FURNITURE WITH KRYLON FUSION SPRAY PAINT
By: Okimbored

A while back I picked up a pretty good sized box of "pink" furniture, while not actually Barbie stuff i thought that with the talk of painting plastic a few weeks ago, I would snap some pics during the repaint

This first picture shows a sample of what was in the box, there are three types of plastic here, #1 is soft rubberish, #2 is hard, and #3 is sort of waxy.

This is my choice for any plastic work, you might want to pick another color based on what your final color will be, but since I had alot to do, white seemed the best choice

I like to do the base coat in several layers, starting with a light spray just to give the paint something to stick to

Several pieces ready for the final color

Again I do the final color in several light coats

A better view of a finished chair, these were painted with $.99 wal-mart paint

Some finished bed and bath items, the white items were just left with the white Fusion paint

Some finished "wood" items, again wal-mart $.99 brown paint
